At Infinity EDM, our diverse group of small and large Wire EDM Machines allows us to go taller, larger, and heavier than any of our competition. On the opposite end of the spectrum, we have the ability to wire small pieces requiring .002 diameter wire.
EDM Wire Cutting
Infinity has the rare ability to wire multiple large pieces at the same time due to having six large wire EDM machines. This includes our four FA30Vs, our FA50V which boasts the largest travels and tank size in the U.S, and an MV4800 which has a Z cutting height of 32”.
EDM Small Hole Drilling
Infinity EDM has four small hole drillers. Three drillers are Current EDM heads mounted on Clausing mills and have the Accurite Control for CNC drilling capabilities. The fourth driller is a Mitsubishi EDM Driller which is used for micro hole drilling.
Quality. Inspection & Reverse Engineering
The newest and most advanced feature of our quality control program is our Hexagon Optiv Performance 664 Multi-sensor and optical CMM. This highly advanced inspection machine allows for both contact and non-contact methods of precision inspection.
