We're seeking a reliable Driver and Maintenance Assistant to support our precision manufacturing operations. This role combines local driving duties with general facility maintenance to keep our shop running smoothly.
Will consider role as part-time or full-time.

Responsibilities
- Pick up and deliver parts, materials, and tooling to/from local suppliers and customers
- Perform routine facility maintenance including cleaning, organizing, and minor repairs
- Maintain shop cleanliness and organization in production areas
- Assist with receiving and inventory tasks as needed
- Basic equipment maintenance (cleaning machines, changing coolant, etc.)
Must Have
- Safety focused mindset (safety is always first at Infinity)
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Reliable transportation to/from work
- Able to lift up to 35 lbs regularly
- Basic mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Self-motivated with ability to work independently
- Comfortable in a manufacturing environment (willing to train the right candidate)
Nice to have
- Experience with forklifts and overhead cranes (willing to train the right candidate)
- Experience in manufacturing or industrial settings
- Basic maintenance or repair skills
- Familiarity with Jackson/Washington County area
