We are seeking a skilled Grinder / Machinist with hands-on experience operating surface grinding equipment and CNC mills and/or lathes in a precision manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, comfortable working to tight tolerances, and takes pride in producing high-quality parts.

Duties
- Setup and operation of grinding tools spanning bench-top to large CNC controlled machines.
- Operation of CNC milling and/or turning equipment on an as-needed basis.
- Compliance to customer specifications.
- Advise and support leadership in work planning and quoting as needed.
Credentials
- Commitment to safety-first operations
- Strong blueprint and GD&T knowledge
- Experience with precision measurement equipment (micrometers, calipers, etc.)
- Experience with precision grinding from small bench-top to large components
- Knowledgeable with CNC machine operations and G-Code
